Reservations, cancelations and no Show Policies
- All the Reservations has to be paying in full 30 days before arrival day
- Cancelation received 30 days before arrival date, 100% will be refund
- Cancelation received between 29 and 15 days before arrival date 75% will be refund
- Cancelation received between 14 and 7 days before arrival date 50% will be refund
- Cancelation received between 6 days and the arrival date or No Show will not be refunded
Reservations, cancelations and no Show for Policies for Christmas and Easter Week Groups
- All the Reservations have to be pay in full 45 days before arrival date
- Cancelation received 45 days before arrival day, 100% refund
- Cancelation received 44 and 30 days before arrival day, 75% refund
- Cancelation received 29 and 15 days before arrival day, 50% refund
- From 14 days to the arrival date or No Show will not be refunded
